How it works?
The process is very simple!
Let us know the details about your visit to the City!.

- Pick-up & Drop-off point.
- How many people, (each car has a maximum capacity go 6 adults).
- Places to visit.
- Estimated time in each place (consider the route and waiting time).
- Any special request.
To keep in mind:
- All the services are in Mexico City, if you request to move out side the city, let us know in order to consider the transportation time and other fees.
- If you need a bilingual driver, please let us know.
- Dress code, if you are traveling for a business meeting, and you request a a dress code, let us know.
What is next?
We will send you a budget of your service!
Ones we receive all the information about your trip, we will send you a budget, in order to you agree with it.
After your acceptance, you will have to choose any of our payment methods.
As soon we confirm your pay, we will send you a confirmation email so you can have your proof of payment or ticket.
We will be in contact with you all the time previos, during and after your service, through email or message.
Important information:
- All rates, times, pick-up & drop-off places and schedule must be accepted by both parts, before the payment is done.
- The dead time changes be noticed to the company & confirm, is 24 hours before the service starts.
- The service must by payed 12 hours before the star time for the service, after that PATA TOURS is not legally responsable or force to do the service requested.
- PATA TOURS has no responsibility for any incident, accident or other event that prevents the development of the service, as long as such circumstances are unrelated to the company, and no refund applies for that reason.
- Without an exception infants, kids or under 18 people, can not hav the service by it self or under the supervision on an adult or tutor.
